My Perspective
I’m Brett—the hands, heart, and half-sarcastic brain behind A Bretter Perspective. I grew up watching Bob Ross whisper sweet nothings to pine trees while sketching horses with my grandpa. My early work was all peaceful landscapes and gentle light. But somewhere along the line, that quiet vibe got overtaken by something louder, jacked-up, and unapologetically emotional.
These days, I call my style pop punk art—bold lines, bright color, and a raw mix of street energy and personal storytelling. I work with spray paint, graffiti markers, and acrylics to build layered images that aren’t afraid to get messy or make you feel something. It’s equal parts control and chaos, sweet and sharp, polished and perfectly imperfect.
I make prints. I paint murals. I paint windows, walls, and sometimes weird, unexplainable stuff that just feels right. This isn’t just art—it’s how I process the world, connect with people, and leave a mark that doesn’t fade quietly.
